RETURNS + EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

All sales are FINAL.

Exchange on clothing only. For exchange you must email support@parley.tv, with your Order Number, reason for exchange. Parley will exchange goods received back to our warehouse within 20 days of order date. All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition. If there was a mistake on the part of Parley or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. All refunds will be given in the same method as original payment. 

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. Parley will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are given on short sleeve shirts, long sleeves and hoodies. All other items are final sale. 

  

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Parley is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

If client is shipping to a destination outside the US, on top of Parley's shipping cost, tax, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government. All additional taxes and fees are the responsibility of the client. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.

Items will be shipped from New Jersey (United States), with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.
